Set in sun-splashed Noosa, Sardo Noosa channels an Italian coastal sensibility through the lens of the Sunshine Coast. The kitchen leans into pristine seafood, ripe tomatoes and fragrant herbs, letting bright flavours and silken richness meet in balance. It is cooking that prizes clarity over complication, inviting diners to linger and taste the shoreline in every assured, unshowy plate.
The opening salvo moves from Prawns Bruschetta, where marinated prawns, lemon zest and creamy burrata meet a whisper of honey, to crisp calamari scattered with rocket and a lick of chilli mayo. Pasta doubles down on indulgence: Lobster Burrata Ravioli swims in lobster bisque with fresh tomatoes and basil, while homemade ricotta gnocchi tethers porcini and mixed mushrooms to truffle and parmesan, finishing with a parsley lift.
From there, the Fish Stew brims with Moreton Bay Bug, prawns, calamari, barramundi and mussels, ready to be mopped up with crostini, while an Eye Fillet Tagliata layers Wagyu richness with porcini, truffle and Parmigiano, flanked by fries.
