The opening salvo moves from prawn bruschetta to crisp calamari scattered with rocket and a lick of chilli mayo. Pasta doubles down on indulgence: lobster burrata ravioli swims in a rich bisque, while homemade ricotta gnocchi tethers porcini and mixed mushrooms.

From there, the fish stew brims with Moreton Bay Bug, prawns, calamari, barramundi, and mussels. For a meatier turn, the eye fillet tagliata layers wagyu richness with porcini, truffle, and Parmigiano. A bittersweet salad of endive and radicchio with Dijon vinaigrette cuts cleanly through the meal.
