In the heart of Eumundi on the Sunshine Coast, TOLLY’S leans into fresh, feel-good flavours and an easygoing style of dining. It is the kind of place where brunch comforts and sunny, coastal accents play together on the plate.

Owned by Tolly herself and Josh Macrae, this café is housed in the historic Old Bakery building and offers a beautiful, treehouse-like experience.

Savoury staples come thoughtfully dressed: eggs Benedict on sourdough with velvety hollandaise and a choice of bacon, ham, halloumi, mushroom or smoked salmon; or house-made corn and zucchini fritters layered with rocket, cherry tomato, pickled onion, fresh avocado and spiced yogurt. The balance is all about texture and lift — crisp edges, silky sauces and a pop of greenery.

There is room for a graze, too. Chilli-garlic prawns arrive pan-fried and aromatic, finished with mango salsa on toasted sourdough, while salt and pepper squid brings a citrusy snap with lime aioli and fresh lemon. Those with a sweet streak can drift towards buckwheat pancakes with maple syrup and either bacon or berries, or a plate of French toast glossed with vanilla, cinnamon, ice cream, and more maple.
