When it comes to buffets in Hobart, Marquis Bistro & Buffet knows how to do it right. Think endless plates of fresh, tasty goodness – whether you’re here for lunch or dinner, you’re in for a feast.

Tucked away in West Hobart, we’ve got all bases covered: a hot food station, a stacked salad bar, and of course, desserts that are worth saving room for (trust us on this one).

Load up your plate with 12 rotating hot dishes – soups, roast of the day, seasonal veggies – then swing by for one of 16 house-made salads featuring everything from prawns to smoked salmon. And the sweet finish? Let’s just say one visit is never enough.

At Marquis Bistro, you won’t leave hungry – only happy.
