dinner

Perched over Hobart’s scenic Victoria Dock, Sush Track offers a dining experience that’s as fun as it is flavour-packed. This vibrant Japanese eatery puts an interactive spin on tradition, with a conveyor belt of beautifully plated sushi and Asian-inspired delights whizzing right past your seat. It’s a sushi train in the most literal, and delicious sense.

At Sush Track, sushi is the star of the show. From melt-in-your-mouth aburi salmon and delicate seared beef nigiri to crowd-pleasers like tempura prawn rolls, every dish is crafted with fresh ingredients and flair. But the menu doesn’t stop at sushi; those craving something heartier will love the steaming bowls of beef udon or the earthy, umami-rich gobo udon. And with over 100 dumplings served daily, it’s safe to say their dim sum game is strong.

Whether you're dining with friends or bringing the whole family, Sush Track delivers on flavour and fun. Kids will be enchanted by the moving plates, while adults can sit back and enjoy the stunning harbour views and laid-back atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for group outings, casual lunches, or just watching the sushi roll by while you sip on a cold Japanese beer.

Hop aboard at Sush Track, where the sushi’s fresh, the views are unbeatable, and the only thing moving faster than the train is your chopsticks.
