Located in the outdoor dining precinct of Westfield Tuggerah, Shanghai Lane is the sister restaurant of Newcastle-born Lee's Kitchen, bringing a fresh, casual-modern dining experience to the Central Coast.

The menu celebrates the incredible diversity of Chinese cuisine, drawing inspiration from different regions of China and bringing together bold wok hei flavours, comforting classics and dishes made for sharing.

Start with favourites such as BBQ pork ribs or sang choy bao, before exploring Aussie favourites including rainbow beef, honey chicken, sweet and sour pork and salted egg yolk tofu. For something comforting, wonton soup and hot and sour soup bring warmth and nostalgia to the table.

Noodle lovers can dig into beef kway teow and chicken satay Shanghai noodles, full of that signature wok hei char. The woks also offer plenty of choice beyond noodles, from tender chicken and lamb to vibrant vegetable dishes, tossed with flavours such as black bean, garlic, cashew and cumin. Vegetarians can enjoy favourites including salt and pepper tofu and poached Chinese broccoli with soy.
