Pepper Seeds brings a bright, Thai-leaning spirit to Balmain, right in Sydney’s Inner West. Looking to South-East Asia for inspiration, the kitchen lets spice, aroma and freshness do the talking, keeping the focus on honest, flavour-first cooking.

The menu moves with an easy rhythm, inviting diners to mix, match and follow their cravings from light beginnings to satisfying mains. First tastes set the tempo, from grilled scallops to a neatly wrapped duck pancake, before giving way to curries that balance heat with comfort.

Green curry chicken leans lively and aromatic, while panang curry beef comes through with deeper, soothing warmth.

To close, an ice cream spring roll keeps things playful, a sweet nod to classic street-side fun and a memorable final bite.

Set in Balmain, Pepperseeds brings bold, uncomplicated flavour and generous, spice-led dining to Sydney's Inner West. Bring your appetite and let the pepper lead the way!
