Located at Aloft Perth in the Springs vicinity, Rivervale, Springs Kitchen is an all-day, every day eatery and meeting place. They’re passionate about providing top-quality dining experiences, where punters can immerse themselves in a beautiful atmosphere and enjoy everything from coffee to cocktails.

The venue caters to all dining preferences with plenty of intimate tables for two, high tables for a casual drop in, and larger tables for long table dining, welcoming everyone to come experience the concept. Furthermore, the building has a warm indoor setup, while the dog-friendly terrace is the best place to be. If you have a four-legged friend, Springs is the ideal meeting place.

However, you can't just have atmosphere; there needs to be killer food involved, and Springs has managed to put out their menu where everything is equal parts welcoming and delicious. They source local produce and clean meat options. From their starters menu, a standout choice is grilled sourdough, four cheese mousse, and a sprinkling of dukkah for extra oomph. If your group likes a bit of everything, order the bigger antipasto sharing platter featuring house pickles, olives, feta, and of course, a healthy selection of cured meats.

For mains, try Springs' signature dish. Having spent time styling bourbon and marinating harvey beef brisket in their house-made BBQ sauce, and served with braised savoy cabbage chips and topped with chilli pineapple, it is definately a crowd-pleaser. There's a wide selection of chargrill as well, including your trusty rib-eye, wagyu rump and grilled king prawn, all accompanied by potato rosti, cauliflower puree and broccolini so there are always options there.

So spring into Springs Kitchen - a place where locals like to meet, and visitors are always welcome!
