In Carlisle, Perth, Amici Miei Non Solo Pizza champions the wood-fired craft with a distinctly Italian sensibility. Flames meet dough to produce a blistered, tender crust carrying the clarity of premium ingredients: D.O.P. mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh garden basil.

True to its name, the menu offers more than pizza. Simple, satisfying starters like Italian bread and house-marinated olives ease you into the evening. These lead naturally to the vivid flavours of a classic margherita, a spicy calabrese, or a sweet Hawaiian.

For heartier fare, the chef’s special chilli mussels are served with homemade bread, perfect for mopping up the spicy Napoletana sauce. Pasta lovers can choose the indulgent tagliatelle lamb ragu. To finish, save room for a classic slice of tiramisu or a delicate panna cotta.

Visit Carlisle for an authentic Italian interlude. Stay for a second slice and let the night unfold deliciously, one wood-fired moment at a time.
