The boldest, freshest, and most tantalising Latin American flavours have landed in the Gold Coast at Las Palmas!

A delicate and summery mix of soft pastels, beachy furniture, and whooshing ferns, Las Palmas knows how to deliver that summer vibe every day of the year. Whether you decide to join them on the veranda overlooking the stunning panoramic surrounds or curl up on a powder-pink booth with your mates under the glow of a whimsical wicker lamp.

Here you'll find culinary delights from Colombia, Chile, Brazil, and beyond. This is where iconic South American flavours meet the beachy beauty of Palm Beach through stunning sharing plates, with the likes of king prawn skewers, veggie tacos, and grilled corn.

It should therefore come as no surprise that they serve some spellbinding seafood. The ceviche of the day keeps you on your toes with daily rotations of oceanic delights, the kingfish tiradito earns its grand name with a side of salsa criolla and aguachile and Sydney's rock oysters get the Latina treatment with a sharp mojito mignonette.
