Renowned chef Manolis “Manny” Patunas brings over 40 years of expertise and a lifelong love of Greek cuisine to this 30-seat stage in Burleigh Heads. Retirement could not keep a master from the stove, and the village spirit of the Tallebudgera Valley has provided the perfect setting for a quietly confident return.

The cooking is Mediterranean in mood and resolutely coastal, with fresh and BBQ seafood at its heart, carrying bright, sunlit flavours that feel clean and honest. Dishes like warm feta and figs wrapped in filo nod to the Aegean, while skordalia with warm bread invites you to linger a little longer.

Slow-cooked lamb shoulder with tzatziki brings gentle richness, while garlic prawns over jasmine rice carry a buttery, creamy lift that feels like the sea in comfort form. Smoked eggplant and classic Greek salad add a fresh contrast, rounded out by hand-cut chips and smashed baked feta potatoes for a final hit of indulgence.
