Roji Cat brings a slice of Tokyo to Miami on the Gold Coast, channelling the neon-lit buzz of Dotonbori and the intimate charm of Golden-Gai alley. This hidden laneway brewery hums with energy.

At the helm is renowned head brewer Satoshi Tamura, formerly of Black Hops, crafting truly one-of-a-kind beers. His creations flow across 12 taps of house brews, all made onsite and forming the heart of the Roji Cat experience. Toshi’s Rice Lager and the Black Lager stand out as signature pours.

Roji Cat proudly showcases an extensive, hand-selected range of sake, including rare bottles seldom found outside Japan. The bar also offers an exceptional lineup of Japanese-inspired signature cocktails and premium Japanese whiskies, alongside a full bar selection including wine, spirits, and more.

The menu captures the spirit of a Japanese izakaya—designed for grazing. From ocean-fresh sashimi and delicately seared beef tataki to teriyaki-glazed chicken yakitori and Roji Cat’s house-marinated karaage, each dish is made to enjoy together. For something more substantial, indulge in a wagyu teriyaki burger, and finish with a lightly fried strawberry and cream sando or some mochi balls

With daily happy hours and rotating specials, Roji Cat is part brewery playground, part late-night hideaway.
