In the heart of Gosford on the Central Coast, Pinocchio's Wine Bar pairs a vibrant, inviting mood with a modern, fully licensed setting. It is the kind of place that suits a casual social catch-up, a special celebration or a romantic evening, with an Italian-leaning menu designed for sharing and savouring.

Begin with warm olives or a bruschetta del giorno layered with pesto, tomato, balsamic glaze and stracciatella, then follow with king prawn linguine glossed in a tomato and butter emulsion. For something heartier, beef tagliata with peppery rocket and parmesan hits the spot. Pizzas keep things classic: margherita for purists, or diavola with salami and chili for a lively kick, flanked by simple sides like rocket salad and parmesan fries. Groups can lean into Pinocchio's Banquet, while Pinocchio's Vegan Banquet and a kids menu ensure everyone feels welcome.

With its focus on group bookings and dietary needs, this cosy yet sophisticated wine bar encourages lingering—glasses clink, slices are shared and conversation flows. Gather your favourites, book a table and settle in; let the evening unfold at Pinocchio's Wine Bar, no strings attached.
