Tucked away in Thebarton, Ambra Spirits is a cocktail and spuntini bar with a distillery at its heart. This polished hideaway offers a touch of intrigue, where the clink of glassware and low-lit chatter signal a night well spent.

The kitchen serves Italian comfort food with a modern twist. You can start with garlic butter doughballs or a vibrant salumi plate to spark the appetite. The caprese salad offers a fresh alternative, combining heirloom tomatoes and sliced mozzarella with basil and olive oil.
Pasta dishes range from rich ragu rigatoni to bright orecchiette gambero. Pizzas encourage a convivial atmosphere, offering options from a simple margherita to prosciutto finished with hot honey. Desserts like limoncello meringue pie and tiramisu provide a stylish end to the meal.

The atmosphere remains lively and social through trivia nights, live music, and cocktail evenings. Community feasts and seasonal celebrations further enhance the experience. Book a spot soon and let the evening be-gin.
