Oliveti brings a coastal Italian sensibility to Glenelg South, channelling the South Australian shoreline into thoughtful, contemporary plates.

Start with small plates like Cape Bauer oysters dressed in limoncello vinaigrette, or blue swimmer crab cannoli lifted by citrus herb mayo, chilli and fish roe. Pasta follows with equal poise, from tagliolini threaded with Goolwa pipis and prawns to reginette folded through vodka pork sausage, garlic and spinach.

Mains continue the coastal conversation with snapper resting over braised farro, basil, fennel and herb oil, or a robust 300g O'Connor's scotch fillet cooked with assurance. Desserts close the experience gently with cherry semifreddo or mandarin panna cotta topped with amaretto crumble.

From the first bite to the last, Oliveti captures a sense of place that feels relaxed, considered and quietly transportive. Book a table, settle in, and let the flavours carry you away one delicious wave at a time.
