Dolly brings a confident, coast-to-city sensibility to Unley, channelling bright flavours and effortless charm.

The menu moves with an easy rhythm, starting with Smoky Bay oysters cooled with limoncello granita, or blue swimmer crab on toasted brioche, crowned with roe for a hit of richness. Pastas lean fresh and fragrant, from linguine with preserved lemon and prawns to cavatappi with pork sausage, pesto, basil and pecorino.

Heartier plates follow, including half roast chicken glossed with nduja butter over pea purée and a Wagyu striploin served with jus and mustard. For a well-deserved sweet treat, dessert lands on a distinctly local note with a smashed pav of passionfruit, vanilla cream and strawberries.
