With the shores of Coogee Beach at its feet, Shutters Restaurant brings day-to-night coastal charm to Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs at the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach.

Its signature shutters frame shimmering azure waters, setting an elegant stage for leisurely lunches and twilit celebrations. Blending a beautiful dining room with an open, light-filled layout, it's a venue that seamlessly captures the relaxed, salt-laced glamour of seaside living.

The kitchen pairs Mediterranean ease with a modern Australian sensibility, emphasising clean, sharing-style flavours - from warm house-made focaccia and pita flatbreads with savoury dips to crisp salt and pepper South Coast baby squid and a vibrant beetroot carpaccio.

Comforting mains feature pesto-tossed potato gnocchi, slow-cooked Angus beef cheek pappardelle, and locally sourced Cone Bay barramundi. To finish, a classic white chocolate crème brûlée or a decadent espresso-infused tiramisu completes the experience beautifully.

Whether you're settling into the stunning setting for a bright seasonal lunch or lingering over a celebratory dinner, it's a place where conversation flows as easily as the tide.
