This was a most enjoyable return visit. I opted for the salmon, cooked as I requested, medium rare, absolutely delicious not to mention the accompanying delicacies of an amazing black rice, coconut foam, small crisp potatoes and green beans. My husband tried the duck which is not something he normally would order but is now converted. He loved that it was so moist and flavoursome and accompanied by a delightful pear salad and roasted pumpkin. With mimosas to start and a most satisfying meal we were unable to manage even a small coffee, but we’ll be back and maybe next time save room for one of the amazing deserts on offer. Thank you again Panache.

Oh Canada!! Who knew your food was so delicious!! We enjoyed the food at Panache immensely. From the apple waffles with maple bacon to the fries with poutain and duck confit. The portion size of the ribs were a very small serving. but they were tasty. The service was good and Panache is a nice hidden away gem.

Delicious.
This quaint little restaurant hidden in the Town of Seaside is a real find. Our party of four tried poutine, “beavers tail” and crispy skinned salmon cooked to perfection. The French/ Canadian inspired food is obvious in the menu.
The two waitresses were very friendly and a credit to the establishment. I have no hesitation in recommending Panache Bistro

Our first experience at Panache via First table was exceptional.
On arrival we were warmly greeted and seated at a perfect table on the veranda, sea breezes flowing on this warm day to keep us cool.
Our waitress, on a working holiday from Germany, was delightful, answering our queries regarding menu choices without being intrusive.
We both very much enjoyed the Sunday brunch and as locals will certainly return.
Thank you First Table for introducing us to Panache.
Go dine there...you won’t be disappointed

Our first time dining at Panache Bistro and we were pleasantly surprised by the ambience (fairy lights above our table outside, candle light on the table, quiet suburban leafy setting), and also the professionalism of the wait staff and the calibre of the food. The surf and turf and the beef entrees were the standout dishes for our evening, all the flavours worked beautifully together and the dishes were well presented. Panache is a great little hidden gem in the suburbs!

Myself & 2 friends dined @ Panache Bistro for my birthday celebration. We arrived early to a very warm welcome, this restaurant is a hidden gem. The decor is lovely & we dined out on the deck with fairy lights entwined around the pagola roof. The menu is varied with everything sounding delicious which made it hard to choose.
The 3 of us shared 2 entree’s of the seared scollops which were amazing, for mains 2 had the ribs & I had the lamb rump which was cooked to perfection, the 3 of us shared the Beavers Tail for dessert which was more than ample & delicious & then we all finished with an afagato with an extra special touch of them putting a sparkler in my ice cream for my birthday.
I would highly recommend Panache Bistro for their friendliness, presentation of food & above all the amazing flavours.

Wow what a great addition Panache Bistro is to Marcoola since our favourite La Mer closed down. Food was delicious although a few extra main choices would b great as I have a severe allergy to chilli. However, the chef was happy to accommodate that. Great Happy Hours (5-7pm). We will be back. The staff were run off their feet so maybe extra staff needed.

- dined at Panache Bistro on

3 adults, 1 child and we all really enjoyed ourselves. We hit jackpot with cocktail happy hour and they were way too easy to drink! Food was fantastic (loved the duck) and the restaurant has a lovey quiet atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Finished off with Beaver tail, apple butter sauce and Ice cream. The staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We sat out on a lovely terrace and we will be back.so we can try the rest of the menu.

Hidden little gem. This restaurant serves high quality meals that would be served at any 5 star restaurant. Service was wonderful as well.

What a little gem hidden away in Marcoola, Sunshine Coast! Great warm welcome, choice of indoor or outside deck seating and a lovely friendly atmospere.
Service was prompt, daily specials were well explained and the chef provided a small complimentary tasting soup to all guests, apparently this is different every day depending on what she feels like cooking. Tonight's was a coconut and prawn stock, not dissimilar to the underlying stock for Laksa.
Shared entre of smoked meats was thoroughly enjoyable but the highlight of the night was the perfectly cooked medium rare eye fillet. Wow, tender, seasoned and amazingly good, so thanks so much Chef!
We had a great evening, a couple of drinks each and we went home feeling very lucky to have found yet another "go to" restaurant from First Table!

Very memorable evening. From the arrival greeting to the farewell. A relaxed yet stylish setting for a family birthday dinner. All our meals were delicious. From the shared Poutine to start & shared deserts of Beaver Tale. Bought back fond memories of our Canadian holiday. The other dishes we enjoyed, the Salmon, the Lamb, the Ribs & the steak so tender, no steak knife needed. Overall excellent dining experience. Hope to return again soon.

We had a shared plate of smoked meats for entrée, my husband really enjoyed it, as I did not get half. It was lovely. For mains we had the pasta and ribs. My husband really enjoyed the pasta dish with prawn and crab meat. The ribs were melt in your mouth and full of flavour, much nicer than the ones we recently had in America. The waitress said the new menu still has the ribs, but they will be even better. Because the meal was so great, we couldn't leave without dessert. I had the Beaver Tail, it was large and delicious, I like sweet things. The Chomeur pudding with butterscotch sauce also went down like a treat.

We had a very enjoyable evening, in a sophisticated, yet relaxed ambience and will return. I would definitely recommend the ribs.

- dined at Panache Bistro on

This was our first time to Panache and after looking at the menu online we were excited to try it out.

I had the “land and sea” entree and my fiancé had the French onion soup. Both dishes were delicious!!!

Mains arrived and my fiancé had the Barra and I had the Lamb. The lamb was cooked to perfection and melt in mouth, the Kofta was flavoursome and roasted capsicum was a great addition. The Barra was amazing and perfectly cooked, the only small point to make was the amount of couscous was a bit much.

The service was top notch and our waitress Monique was excellent, all in all we will be back.

- dined at Panache Bistro on

What a hidden gem. Such a beautiful restaurant with welcoming fairy lights out the front to the warm feeling as soon as you stepped inside.
We were greeted with very friendly staff and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back. We had a party of 4 and we all had something different. From pork belly ,lamb, seafood and their ribs just melted off the bone. Highly recommended.

We decided to eat out to celebrate my husbands birthday, something we don’t do often due to a rowdy toddler. When we first arrived, the restaurant was so beautiful, we thought bringing a toddler was maybe not the best idea.
The staff were so welcoming and there were some toys to keep our little one entertained. The service was prompt and the food came out quickly...important when food is the one thing that keeps our boy still. We noticed a few other family’s arrive. This place was perfect to entertain the children with a big park out the front just in case.
Our meals were so delicious and reasonably priced. There were options to have a small or large portion which suited our teenager as well.
Thank you Panache Bistro! You restored our faith in eating out.

This restaurant is a little hard to find but once you do, it has beautiful ambience and is very pleasant to dine in. The service was impeccable and we were looked after very well. We dined on Canadian ribs which were special with a lovely sauce. The other diner had Barramundi with Tempura vegetables which they said was delicious. For entree we tried Pork Belly with Scallops and Panko Crumbed Goats Cheese with maple syrup and figs. Dessert was two Canadian dishes - Beaver tail which was not as good as the second dessert which was Chomeur Pudding with Coconut icecream which was special. Heartily recommend paying this restaurant a visit.

We were very much looking forward to our dining experience at panache bistro but sadly did not meet our expectation.. we Had grazing plate to share at the start which was quite pleasant .. but the mains being barramundi and beef ribs were both only just warm and nothing special .. ribs especially were not that large and both meals took a very long time to come.. we then thought we would share dessert which we chose lemon dessert .. which was hardly enough than 3/4 mouthfuls .. would we go again ?
Would not choose this as our regular restaurant may consider trying once more but different food maybe.. always like to give places a second go
