In the heart of Carlton, Criniti’s brings Italian tradition into conversation with contemporary Australian tastes. The woodfire sets a rustic tone as the menu leans into generous, comforting flavours served for both lunch and dinner.

Pizzas are the headline act, arriving blistered from the oven with character to match. Savour the Azzurri with Napoli sauce, mushrooms, and artichokes, or the bold, smoky BBQ Pollo. Even the bases stand out, from the indulgent garlic and cheese crust to the fragrant truffle prosciutto.

Pasta follows suit with spaghetti bolognese and meatballs or a cult-classic lasagne. Comfort takes a playful turn in the mac 'n' cheese bake, while gnocchi with pumpkin and goat’s cheese offers a lighter touch. You might even balance the indulgence with a vibrant salad, but totally optional.

Built for leisurely lunches and unhurried dinners, this is food made to share. You can pass slices across the table and mop up every drop of sauce. Simply book a spot, follow the lure of the woodfire, and claim your slice of la dolce vita.
