Set on the ground floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel Carlton, this vibrant modern room is designed for connection, conversation and the simple pleasure of good food well made.

The kitchen looks to Victoria’s fields and waters for its larder, reimagining classics with a light, confident touch. Think freshly baked house-made focaccia with Lard Ass butter, or grilled king prawns glossed in nduja garlic butter and brightened with burnt lemon.

From the fire, barramundi meets caponata, pickled green olives and capers, while a roasted bistecca arrives with fries, house leaves and peppercorn sauce. Pastas lean into comfort and craft - potato gnocchi in sage burnt butter with Gorgonzola cream, or crab fettuccine with soffritto, parsley and cherry tomatoes.

A lively lobby lounge completes the picture whether the mood calls for a swift aperitivo or a slow evening capped with the Fico tiramisu, layered with espresso and mascarpone.
