For those in Gold Coast yearning for an authentic Indian culinary adventure, Indian Empire is a must-visit.

This gem, brought to life by the talented chef-owner Pankit Shah, stands out for its commitment to authenticity and the unique aromas that will transport you to the streets of India.

Indian Empire offers more than just a meal. Soft lighting and artsy fixtures create a warm, intimate ambience. As you settle into one of the lush velveteen seats, you'll be captivated by the chefs' live cooking in the traditional tandoor oven, grilling your favourite meat or seafood.

Uncompromising regarding authenticity, the Indian Empire creates every dish from scratch. Wander over the mouth-watering menu with a choice of delectable dishes before settling down to enjoy classic starters such as onion bhajee—onion, mint, and spices bound together in chickpea batter—and veggie samosas filled with mashed potatoes and green peas.

Tuck into an empire speciality such as butter chicken, cooked in a creamy tomato and butter sauce with spices, or goat curry, cooked with potatoes and authentic spices. Alternatively, fish curry cooked in coconut milk and dal tarka, which combines yellow lentils with ginger, onion, garlic, and aromatic spices, is also highly recommended.
