SPEC is a Mexican-inspired venue located in the heart of Nobbys Beach. Here, guests can enjoy a contemporary setting inside, complete with a cosy fireplace for the winter months. Outdoors, a vibrant garden and deck offer live music on the weekend and special events throughout the year.

From the kitchen, innovative Latin eats designed by a talented team take centre stage. The experience begins with crowd-pleasing starters like molten mozzarella cheese balls, traditional homemade guacamole with corn chips, and a stellar lineup of classic and premium tacos.

Diners can dive into heavy-hitting mains like the El Jefe Burger, stacked with tender pulled beef and crunchy onion rings, or the Gringa, featuring toasted tortillas packed with juicy brisket and tangy pineapple.

To round out the feast, enjoy a sweet finish of golden churros served with warm chocolate or caramel sauce.

Whether heading out for an afternoon catch-up, a celebration dinner, or a lively bash, SPEC is the ideal choice offering fabulous Latin-inspired mouthfuls, refreshing beverages, and amazing vibes on the Gold Coast!
