Home to an impressively exceptional selection, Burly Bar is a venue designed for all things gin.

At the heart of their brand, Burly Bar offers an immersive gin experience. The space itself sparks intrigue and curiosity, inviting guests to discover the charm and delight of the tipple. Showcasing the art and craft of gin distillation, the interior's aesthetic sets the tone for experimentation, making it the perfect summer retreat, come sunshine or rain.

Burly serves the craft of gin distillation in sleek, sublime fashion. Sample their extensive array of signature gins ranging from cucumber and citrus to berry, each finished with an experimental flourish. You can also opt for the tried-and-true favourites from their classics collection, perfectly paired with the finest tonics.

Their gins are paired tastefully and enriched by ceramic signature glassware by Saarimu, alongside a menu of modern Australian share plates. Sip crisp drinks while sharing plates of their rich pepperberry and pork salami, fresh kingfish ceviche with fingerlime ponzu, or the indulgently fermented hot sauce beef tartare. You can also never go wrong with a plate from their delicate cheese selection, served with peach muscatel chutney and saltbush crackers.

As we mentioned, they love and partner with Saarimu artisanal ceramics, a small ceramics studio based in Byron Bay, northern New South Wales. They produce high-quality, one-of-a-kind pieces perfect for those who appreciate the artisanal yet effortless style. It's a wonderful collaboration with Link and Manami, who share a love for local dishes and quirky interiors.

So, evoke the essence of summer with a Burly gin experience. Whether you’re sinking into plush lounge seating or tucked away in an intimate banquette oozing with a mix of old New York charm and a subtle Japanese twist. Burly Bar is more than just a bar; it’s a complete gin experience.
