Once Again brings modern Asian shared plates to the heart of Terrigal, just minutes from the beach. The mood is vibrant and communal, channelling the energy of Thailand, Vietnam, and China into a relaxed coastal setting that suits both sudden meet-ups and planned celebrations. It's a spot where conversation flows as freely as the sea breeze.

The menu leans into bold, layered flavours designed for tasting and comparing. Kingfish ceviche and miang goong with prawns set the tone, before plates roam from the bright herby bite of mushroom miang kham to the seaside indulgence of a prawn and scallop ocean bag. Kung Pao chicken brings a familiar heat, while the steamed Glacier 51 toothfish in Penang curry anchors the selection with something truly special.

Meanwhile, plant-led options hold their own, with kaeng kamin eggplant and sambal garlic broccolini bringing vivid, aromatic contrast. Bowls and woks hum with king prawn laksa, while dumplings and wonton soup make savoury interludes.

Dessert lingers over sticky rice with caramel custard or a delicate Thai tea crème brûlée.

Gather the crew and settle in for a beachside share-fest. Visit once, and you'll want to do it once again!
