Located across from James Street Market, ēmmē is the creation of two visionary brothers with over 25 years of combined experience in hospitality and gastronomy. Inspired by Wabi-Sabi, ēmmē embraces the beauty of imperfection, where raw textures, vibrant flavours and human connection come together in a space that feels both exciting and familiar.

The menu is a tribute to wood-fired Mediterranean cooking, designed to be shared. To start, there are oysters with a wedge of lime on the side—fresh, briny, and best enjoyed with good company. Then come the wood-fired pitas, soft and blistered from the flames, stuffed with bold fillings like crab and red harissa.

Mains arrive in generous sets made for sharing: think charcoal chicken with garlic labneh and guindillas, or Hokkaido scallops paired with pomegranate citrus and salmon roe.
