Lune Bar and Eatery brings a contemporary, produce-led sensibility to Beulah Park, channelling coastal freshness and kitchen craft into poised plates. The menu moves with a confident rhythm, balancing briny brightness, gentle smoke and buttery richness with clean, well-judged acidity.

It opens with a nod to the tide: oysters dressed either in jalapeño hot sauce with spring onion or in a buttermilk vinaigrette lifted by green apple and cucumber. From there, a seared Abrolhos Island scallop sets a luxurious tone, its sweetness played against prosciutto, bay leaf and potato rosti, with San Daniele and a Comte mousse adding depth and finesse.

On land, the kitchen shows equal restraint. Beef tartare arrives under a cloud of whipped bone marrow, punctuated by the snap of potato crisp. Comfort is sharpened and refined in roast chicken with cauliflower puree and white wine jus, while a 300g Scotch fillet leans savoury with buerre noisette, anchovy and pickled onion. Even the sides speak in textures and contrasts, from grilled cabbage with spring onion and scorched peanut to shoestring fries dipped in confit garlic aioli.
