Milky Lane

Milky Lane was born from a dream of creating the ultimate burger experience, brought to life in the heart of Bondi Beach by a group of four friends.

From the beginning, the focus has been on creating a total package. Starters like loaded fries, piled high with bacon bits, Mexican cheese, shallots, gravy, and house-made sauce, invite sharing. Meanwhile, deep-fried wings are coated in a choice of sauce and served with ranch dipping sauce for good measure.

Burgers sit at the heart of the experience, from the Milky Lane with double smashed patties, melty cheese, and housemade sauce and ketchup, to chicken parmi with chicken schnitzel, smoked ham, cheese, napoletana sauce and smashed potato gems. Dessert leans fully into indulgence with a caramilk and Biscoff cookie dough skillet, finished with a shot of Biscoff sauce, because sometimes more really is more.
