Never again will you have to choose between food and views, as George Banks Rooftop Bar & Bistro has combined the two perfectly.

Perched atop a heritage building in Toowoomba's CBD, the Rooftop Bar & Bistro offers breathtaking city skyline views. On fine days, its spacious rooftop is perfect for sunshine sips, inviting guests to socialise in style while overlooking historic rooftops and urban gardens.

For lighter appetites, small plates like lamb ribs and crispy fried calamari are ideal. More substantial appetites will enjoy larger plates such as barramundi or lamb shoulder, braised for 24 hours. Beyond these, every craving will be met with something scrumptious, from Mediterranean chicken skewers to seasonal mezze rigatoni.

Leaving room for dessert is a must, particularly for the salted caramel and dark chocolate ganache tart, a creation that truly defies belief until tasted. With an extensive bar and cocktail selection, groups can enjoy clinking glasses all evening, and a delicious food menu means there's no need to leave. Allow the champagne to flow and taste buds to be tantalised while dining.
