Going under the radar with top-class burgers, this one is for those in the know. An absolute corker of a restaurant and bar in Windsor, Undetected Bar & Restaurant is raising the burger game to a whole new level in Sydney.

It's informal and chilled, with a bright and spacious setup making for the ideal spot to unwind for a spot lunch or dinner. Choose the best dining style for your group (there are plenty to choose from), or head outside to their rooftop terrace, which is unmatched when it comes to alfresco dining.

As for the food, well, we've already given the game away (we're not so good at this 'undetected' thing), but the menu will have you screaming for joy. Armed with all kinds of beef, chicken, pork, seafood and vegetarian burgers, everyone has their pick of the patty crop. The ravenous amongst will be happy to tackle The Crave Stopper with southern fried chicken, a beef patty, heaps of cheese, onion rings and salad.

For those who can't get enough of slow-cooked smoky goodness, have your fill of the brisket, smoky pork rib or pork belly burger. As for those who live for crispy battered fish, it's 'ahoy' to the fish and chips and battered flathead burgers. And that's not all! They even have a variety of nachos, hot dogs, wings and pizzas to have instead of (or alongside if you're really ambitious) their signature burgers. Sorry Undetected, the secret's out!
