What happens when two spritely twenty-somethings come together to recreate the world's favourite comfort food? Burger Head, that's what.

Brightening up lives in Botany, Burger Head has quite the reputation. They've created a contemporary neutral space in which to indulge those cheat-day cravings. Their communal dining room is light and airy with natural textures set against white-washed walls. It's a reviving space that lends itself very well to chilled catchups with mates for a bite at lunch or dinnertime.

So, what's their secret to the perfect brioche-encased patty? Burger Head's founders devoted their early adulthood to gleaning skills in kitchens all over, which consequently informed their award-winning burgers. Elevated with housemade pickles, specialty sauces and beef minced on site, the second you taste your first Louis or Americana beef burger, you know you're in for a treat.

They also know how to put on an epic chicken burger too with the spice-fried Clucker and Son of a Chick. And with a vegetarian burger (that can be made vegan) with BBQ pulled mushrooms, everyone is invited to indulge in their naughty side. Make it a real feast with some cheesy fries or crispy chicken bites, wash it down with an American-style milkshake or craft beer and toast your greatest find in western Sydney.
