Ester Spirits is the Inner West’s ode to obsession, founded by husband-and-wife team Corinna and Felix. What began as a backyard project in their Newtown digs grew into a ten-year pursuit of the perfect botanical blend and, ultimately, a label launched in 2020 with serious pedigree.

The tipping point came swiftly when their signature creations took Best in Show at national awards in their first month, then clinched world titles in 2021. Big ambition, bigger flavour.

In the tasting room, the philosophy is crystalline - clarity, balance and botanicals that sing. Signature pours show a razor-clean lift against extra dry mixers, while complex blends deepen the plot with bitter orange, spice and a whisper of vanilla.
