Hello, Auntie is a modern Vietnamese restaurant in Marrickville. With its contemporary flavours and casual setting, it is a true inner west gem. A vibrant ambience that reflects its innovative approach to Vietnamese cuisine, Hello Auntie and Chef and owner Cuong Nguyen aim to not only delight your palette through their offering of contemporary Vietnamese Cuisine, but to inspire, entertain and create conversation in the process.

Chef and owner Cuong’s passion for simple, honest and fresh dishes brings new flavours to those familiar with Vietnamese classics. The interior design of the restaurant was curated by Cuong himself and was inspired by his love of contemporary Vietnamese art. Through his art, you will notice large orange brick walls and the shouting of Vietnamese poetry in traditional Vietnamese lettering.

With a variety of options on the menu, including their feed me auntie menu, which will see you enjoying a set menu crafted by Auntie and featuring the popular OG pork and hidden veggies, as well as the usual suspects, this option is perfect for newbies and well-seasoned Auntie lovers.
