The very first operating distillery to open in the heart of Bondi Beach, Bondi Liquor has made history in this unique corner of Australia. Thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Adrian truly unique botanicals can be enjoyed alongside happy plates of soul food.
What makes Bondi Liquor so special? Well, not only is it one of a kind, but it also heralds the Australian-grown products that make their gins so clean and aromatic. Indeed, you cannot ignore the trio's absolute passion for the stuff within the dining room: crystal-clear bottles of gin stand in neat formation, taking up an entire wall of the contemporary diner as wide-eyed diners look on in wonder. Aside from that, it has all the chilled, cool vibes that are so characteristic of Bondi Beach. Lean and minimalist (just like their gins!) Bondi is as relaxing as it is bubbly and informal.
On the food menu, summer yums rule the roost with the likes of crispy arancini balls, cooked prawn rolls, and flathead ceviche. If you fancy something more substantial, get their fish and chips, or Joel's Smash Burger that doesn't hold back on fillings.
As for your beverage, it can only be one thing. Made on-site at their copper still (which they have charmingly named May), order yourself a gin-based cocktail, like the Rhubarb Sour or The Bramble. Alternatively, keep it nice and simple with a G&T. Bursting with fragrance and fruitiness, you'll find that every gin is better than the last.
