Ahoy there! Welcome aboard The Captain's Balcony Wynyard – where the salty tang of the sea meets the tantalising aromas of the kitchen. This lively bar and eatery is a haven for those seeking a vibrant atmosphere and a delectable culinary journey.

Step inside and you'll be greeted by a nautical-themed interior adorned with maritime memorabilia. The air buzzes with laughter and the clinking of glasses, creating a convivial ambience. Settle into a comfortable booth and peruse the tempting menu.

Kick off your adventure with a selection of small bites to share. The crispy dusted squid with tangy chilli mayo is a must-try, as are the house-pickled jalapeño poppers filled with creamy cheese. For something lighter, opt for the edamame or the popcorn cauliflower served with zesty aioli.

Indulge in the succulent chargrilled skewers, featuring tender chicken thigh slathered in a homemade soy glaze and melt-in-your-mouth wagyu. The prawn skewers are also a delight, grilled to perfection with a hint of zesty soy sauce.

If a burger is what you crave, you'll be spoilt for choice. The Wagyu Cheese Burger is a classic, with its juicy patty, tangy cheese, and a side of crispy chips. For a spicy kick, try the K-Pop Spicy Chicken Burger, which combines succulent chicken with Korean chilli jam and bacon.

No meal is complete without a refreshing beverage. The Captain's Balcony boasts an extensive drinks menu, featuring craft beers from local breweries, cocktails crafted with fresh ingredients, and a wide selection of whiskies. Sip on a classic Whisky Sour or let their talented bartender concoct a bespoke cocktail to complement your meal.

Whether you're a local or a visitor, The Captain's Balcony is the perfect destination for a memorable culinary experience. Located just steps from the bustling streets of Wynyard and a stone's throw from the sparkling waters of Sydney Harbour, this restaurant offers a unique blend of flavours and ambience that will leave you craving for more.
