My experience with First Table was excellent - I will certainly be booking again in the future and telling my friends about it - I come from WOLLONGONG and would love more restaurants to come on board and offer their experiences too

Kitchens on Kent was the gift that kept on giving - some things were cooked fresh to order (pasta, noodles, naan bread), everything (particularly the lobster and prawns) was delicious and the service was great. We were driving but would definitely do the bottomless wine experience next time.

Loved the atmosphere and the service was fantastic. Our Waiter was Edward and he was incredibly helpful and made our time there really enjoyable. Will definitely be going back.

How great to see a buffet option on First Table! We really enjoyed our dinner experience at Kitchens on Kent.

Fantastic range of fresh seafood, including sashimi, oysters and prawns, fresh naan baked in a tandoori oven, and a cascading chocolate fountain complete with two types of chocolate... Kitchens on Kent definitely knows how to impress!

From the moment you step into the Langham you are treated to a lux experience. Kitchens on Kent is a great lunch spot for meetings, dates and gatherings. It's child friendly and has an amazing range of quality food. Their cooking stations represent food from around the globe. Don't forget to leave room to explore the desserts! The service is impeccable and the decor is dreamy. This is not your everyday buffet.

Kitchens on Kent is the restaurant within the exclusive Langham Hotel. The hotel is beautiful. We had a nice G&T before the meal in the bar. All very classy.

The set up is a white table cloth buffet! We were escorted around the room with all the choices explained. There was unlimited seafood, hot lobster tails on arrival and a really nice sushi bar. Plenty of Asian dishes. The freshly prepared Peking Duck rolls were particularly tasty. As with any buffet most of the hot main courses were in large tureens but there was a whole suckling pig available. We were shown the various vegetables that could be cooked on the BBQ for you but when it came to the meal the only vegetables available were roast potatoes and stir fly Asian vegies!

The array of deserts were fantastic and kids were really tucking in to these. My preference was for some very nice cheeses, again unlimited!

The wine list is limited and on the expensive side. We were there on Australia Day / Chinese New Year so the place was packed. It left a bit like being on a high class cruise - great quality and quantity of food but be prepared to line up.

Overall a great experience, great value. Don't eat all day and indulge.

This has to be Sydney's best buffet, although the word buffet doesn't do it justice at all. The food stations are all amazing, but make sure you leave lots of room for dessert!

Amazing buffet. But when the waiter came over to serve us he specifically told me and my partner that we had opted for the 50% off offer. It was a little embarrassing since I was on a date. It would be great if you guys don't do that and discreetly tell customers to buy the compulsory drinks when we go to pay if they haven't done so already.

First time at this venue. Pleasantly greeted and the buffet format was explained well (as it's a little different to most). Food and choices were good but not outstanding. Was pleasantly surprised to receive lobster at the table when returning from the first buffet selection, and it was cooked very well.
Drinks were standard 4-5 star Hotel prices (expensive), but wine selections were good.
Overall it was a nice dinner. Service staff were great. Attentive and polite and would warrant a second visit

Positives
- Cold Buffet.
- 50% if you book via first table.
Negatives
- Hot section of the buffet
- Understaffed. One wait-person seemed to look after about 7 tables, which is fine, but when the wait person spends around 10 minutes on one table to go through wines, you can see where the problem rises. I had to wait more than 10 minutes to get water.
- We have shoved with the bill (when we didn’t ask for one) which again I didn’t appreciate (80 minutes into the dining).
- Bill was wrong.
- $8 for a thin glass of coke is one of the most overpriced in Sydney.

Food quality although not a huge choice, is very good. Even with the 50% First table off, it was too expensive as if you add on the compulsory beverage purchase per person plus the $10 booking fee, the cost outweighs the experience.
