Bottega Coco brings a polished slice of Italy to the stylish Barangaroo precinct, where harbour light meets la dolce vita. Here, classic charm is reframed with modern finesse, from a tranquil, luxurious waterfront setting to spaces that suit everything from intimate suppers to lively bottomless brunches. It is Sydney sophistication with an unmistakably Italian heartbeat.

The kitchen leans into heritage and seasonality, letting honest flavours sing. Warm homemade focaccia, fragrant with rosemary and extra virgin olive oil, sets a generous tone, while golden arancini whisper of slow-cooked comfort. Crisp Fiore di Zucca arrive with a creamy, tangy core, and Provola Affumicata Fritta lands with a lick of stracciatella cream and a chilli honey glaze. For something indulgent yet poised, Pappardelle Ragù di Agnello folds wide ribbons through a slow-braised lamb shoulder ragù brightened by San Marzano and crowned with shaved Parmigiano. Anatra Confit juxtaposes crisp skin and tender meat with parsnip purée, baby carrots, and a fragrant lift of orange and dill.

To finish, a velvet-glazed tiramisu layers savoiardi, coffee and mascarpone into a finale that is both nostalgic and utterly polished. Make a date by the water, raise a glass, and let Bottega Coco cast its spell—one twirl of pappardelle at a time.
