Lantern On The Quay brings a contemporary Chinese sensibility to Perth Central, where seafood leads, and the theatre of the wok sets the rhythm. Tradition is honoured, then gently reimagined with a modern hand.

The signature Peking duck arrives with pliant pancakes, pickles, cucumber and homemade sauce, while wasabi king prawns deliver a lively kick. There is comfort in prawn dumplings and prawn and pork siu mai, balanced by the refreshing lift of knife-smacked cucumber.
