Taco Bill – Russell Street is the original home of Australia’s authentic Mexican dining, right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. This first ever location blends colourful Mexican hats, flavoursome refreshments and a welcoming, family-friendly spirit. It is an iconic spot where catch-ups feel effortless, celebrations find their rhythm, and weeknights turn into little fiesta moments, all wrapped in a vibrant, casual hum.

In the kitchen, the team leans into fresh, lively flavours and time-honoured favourites. Crowds warm up with crispy, cream cheese-filled stuffed jalapenos and fresh house salsa before diving into the baked Quesadilla Suprema, its frijoles and cheese offering comforting richness. The Enchilada Grande arrives with corn tortillas rolled around your favourite filling, then generously cloaked in signature enchilada sauce. Classic tacos and street style tacos keep things relaxed and convivial, while fajitas bring hands-on fun to the table.

Long-standing in spirit and proudly tied to Australia’s original authentic Mexican restaurant heritage, Taco Bill – Russell Street keeps the focus on social dining and easy enjoyment. Expect upbeat service, a room that buzzes with laughter, and plates made for sharing stories as much as food. Book in, gather your favourite people, and let the fiesta begin with a wink and a tilt of a colourful Mexican hat.
