Perched above the treetops of Collins Street, Allegro at The Westin Melbourne offers an elegant dining experience that blends sophistication with warmth. Its open kitchen, contemporary décor and expansive terrace create a space that feels both refined and inviting.

The menu celebrates modern Australian cuisine, guided by fresh seasonal produce and a thoughtful touch of creativity. Signature dishes such as the Spencer Gulf kingfish ceviche, lifted with orange, pickled ginger and truffle dashi, set the tone for a meal that balances brightness and finesse.

Guests can continue with plates like the smoked free-range blackened pork, finished with a piquant glaze, celeriac remoulade and coconut water dosa. Each dish reflects Allegro’s expressive flavours and meticulous technique, capturing the rhythm and richness of the city.

Allegro invites diners to settle into the moment, whether on a pre-theatre visit or a leisurely evening, offering a dining experience shaped by comfort, craft and genuine warmth.
