The menu is small but shows a huge amount of gastronomical skill. Mostly gleaning inspiration from Italian cuisine, you'll find squid bolognese with the added deliciousness of spiced calamari and squid ink, prawn and tomato linguini with fresh pasta and a seafood prawn head jus, and slow-cooked beef cheek with truffle marrow.
