Sorelle Eatery brings a fresh twist to Italian daytime dining in the heart of St Lucia.

Cosy and inviting from breakfast through lunch, it pairs excellent coffee with boutique wine and cocktails, encouraging guests to settle in for a leisurely bite or a quick takeaway. The name says it all: Sorelle (pronounced so·rèl·le) is a nod to sisterhood and a new chapter for a much-loved Brisbane family.

On the plate, tradition meets bright, contemporary accents. The signature Sicilian chilli scrambled eggs, sobrasada, fried capers, red sorrel, paprika chilli oil, parmesan sourdough toast, set the tone for mornings that blend comfort with creativity. Diners might also find silky carbonara glossed with guanciale and pecorino, or a charred rib eye finished with truffle butter and rocket.

Dive into king prawn pasta in a creamy garlic butter for lunch, or buffalo wings to dip in blue cheese dressing. If you're looking for a stack, the Later Burger is packed with gooey cheese, baby gem lettuce, tomatoes, and their signature sauce, all on a milk bun.

Drop by for breakfast, linger over lunch, and perhaps take a keepsake home. After all, at Sorelle, the sisters have set the table for la dolce vita.
