dinner

In the heart of Indooroopilly, JK Tandoori and Curry House celebrates the breadth of the Indian table with warm hospitality and confident spice work. The room carries an easy rhythm that invites diners to settle in and savour each plate. It offers a dining experience shaped by tradition, aroma and a quiet sense of generosity.

The menu opens with familiar comforts such as vegetable samosa folded around cashews and spiced potatoes, along with paneer tikka dry marked by its smoky edges. Indo-Chinese favourites follow with lively plates of paneer chilli and veg Manchurian, each bringing its own stir-fry energy.

From the clay oven come garlic king prawns and chicken tikka, rich with char and perfume. The curry line-up spans butter chicken and lamb bhuna gosht, with coastal notes in Goan fish curry and the sweet-sour lift of prawn patia. Vegetarians find comfort in malai kofta and palak paneer, while veg pulao, jeera rice, sweet mango chutney and papadams round out the table.

It is a place built for sharing, whether a midweek bite or a slow catch-up. Guests follow the aromas, linger over what they love, and let the spices carry the story of their meal.
