Perched on the rooftop at 20 Constance Street, Siroco brings modern elegance to Fortitude Valley. This adult-only hideaway pairs a smart casual dress code with a breezy sense of occasion, opening Wednesday to Sunday from noon until late. Sunlit afternoons slip into mood-lit evenings as the city hums below, setting the scene for relaxed indulgence high above the street.

Flavours in the kitchen lean Mediterranean with a playful Iberian tilt. Boomer Bay oysters arrive chilled and briny, brightened by sherry vinegar and an Aperol granita that tastes like summer. Pulpo meets patatas bravas in a rich combination of smoke, spice and crisp edges.

Larger plates turn deeply savoury. Wagyu picanha, rich and marbled, sits under a glossy onion butter sauce, while slow-cooked lamb shoulder comes tumbled with yoghurt tahini and gremolata for herb-lifted comfort. Triple-cooked truffle golden fries and roasted garlic potatoes serve as excellent sides.

Siroco is the kind of rooftop where time slows and conversations lengthen. Settle in, dress sharp, and let the night do the talking.
