Inspired first and foremost by lazy summers in Northwest Italy, La Costa pays homage to the ocean using a refreshing white and green colour palette, European oak tabletops and rustic handmade crafts. As you can imagine, 'rushing' is not in La Costa's vocabulary. Diners are encouraged to disconnect with everyday life, firstly by ordering their first Aperol Spritz and then taking it slow with some arancini balls, crispy bruschetta or burrata before mains arrive. You'll want to preserve your appetite for the freshly made pastas, lovingly anointed with anything from carbonara to brisket ragu and black truffle cream.
