E.B. by Hiker Brewing Co. brings a Latin-leaning swagger to East Brisbane with its caminante menu, a relaxed roam through street-food classics and slow-braised comforts.

The space is a celebration of contrast and crunch, bright salsas meeting rich, unctuous fillings in plates made for grazing and lingering.
