Pompoko Ramen & Bar brings a sense of calm to Coorparoo, channelling the spirit of a small, traditional Japanese family-run spot.

The mood's warm and unhurried, with a focus on nourishing, balanced dishes crafted through intentional, minimalist techniques. It's the kind of place where steam curls from a bowl and time seems to slow, inviting guests to linger and savour.

Ramen is the quiet star. The Pompoko signature ramen layers a clear fish broth with shoyu, pork chashu, menma, egg, bean sprouts, shallots and nori for a clean, umami-forward bowl with depth and texture.

For those drawn to a rounder profile, the miso ramen offers gentle richness against the same considered toppings, from the tender chashu to the snap of menma and the freshness of sprouts. Each bowl feels meticulously composed rather than showy, letting classic flavours speak.

Thoughtful plant-based and vegetarian ramen bowls ensure every palate's welcome with equal care, while an inviting atmosphere completes the rhythm of the table, encouraging conversation and connection.

Slip into the tranquil pace, settle in, and let the noodles do the talking!
