In the heart of Brisbane CBD, Firefly casts a warm glow over the city’s appetite for comfort done with care. Its cooking leans into generous, familiar flavours, from the tang of tomato sugo and the pull of mozzarella to the savoury satisfaction of oven-baked buffalo wings. The kitchen respects classics while keeping things lively, feeding both a craving for nostalgia and something fresh.

Pizzas arrive with restraint and purpose: a Margherita that lets basil and pure flavours sing, and a prosciutto pizza lifted with rocket and a snowfall of parmesan. Hearty plates follow suit, whether it's beef lasagne layered with tomato béchamel or chicken parmigiana with that golden, irresistible crunch.

For a more hands-on feast, burgers nod to BBQ and peri peri pleasures, while cheesy garlic bread and seasoned hot chips make amiable company. For lighter moments, halloumi salad and a chicken Caesar bring crisp textures and clean edges to the plate.

Casual and city-smart, Firefly's made for unhurried catch-ups and quick bites alike. Book a table, follow the glow, and let the good times take flight.
