Spargo’s Plympton

A Pole, Austrian and Italian put their foodie brains together and now we have Spargo's! Known all over Adelaide for its excellent coffee, South Australian wines, Mediterranean yums and vegan cakes, Wojtek, Graham and Nick have embraced locality and community with a whole heart for over 20 years.

For brekky, Spargo's has welcomed the modern institution that is 'brunch'. With a menu stuffed with goodies like smashed avocado with Milanese toast and pomegranate, smoked Tasmanian salmon with a pear salad and stacks of fluffy pancakes, Spargo's has something for the big eaters, the sweet tooths and the ultra-modern breakfast munchers looking for that perfect runny-poached-egg shot for Instagram.

Dinner is taking us out of Adelaide's pristine shores and whisking us away to the Med. Every kind of pasta is lovingly hand-rolled, pressed and topped with anything from carbonara, turkey alla panna and fruits of the ocean. Even coming in gluten free form, everyone gets a shot at slurping a bowl of saucy goodness. Other than that, take your pick of traditional eats like chicken or eggplant parmigiana, scotch fillet, burgers, Greek salads you name it! Whatever the weather is outside, it's always summer at Spargo's!
