Thai By The Beach brings the bright, balanced flavours of Thailand to the neighbourhood.

This is a kitchen that chases harmony on the plate: sweet nudging sour, salt meeting heat, all carried by the comforting rhythms of wok fire and coconut-rich curries.

Small bites set the tone. Crisp spring rolls give way to the soft tangle within, ready for a dip in plum sauce, while satay chicken arrives with that unmistakable, nutty richness. From there, the classics are reassuringly present and deftly handled: pad thai delivers thin rice noodles tossed with tofu, bean sprouts and egg, finished with the crunch of peanuts; laksa cocoons vermicelli and tofu in a warming coconut curry soup.

Seafood takes a star turn. Steamed barramundi with chilli and lime dressing sings with citrus brightness and gentle heat, and grilled salmon panang curry marries smoky edges with a velvety, aromatic sauce and fresh vegetables. The result is a relaxed, flavour-first dining experience that invites conversation as much as it satisfies cravings.

For those seeking Thai comfort with a confident hand, Thai By The Beach is ready when you are. Book a table, bring an appetite, and let the waves of flavour roll in.
