As the only hatted Indian restaurant in New South Wales and one of only four in Australia, Urban Tadka in Sydney’s Northern Beaches is a must-visit for lovers of Indian cuisine who want a truly memorable dining experience.

Situated behind Sydney's stunning Northern Beaches in Terrey Hills, Urban Tadka is the perfect place to indulge, whether you are a dedicated fan of traditional Indian dishes or want to try something unusual and different.

Their large colourful space is the place to head to for incredible flavours, and you certainly won’t want to miss out on the Urban Tadka papadums with fabulous homemade chutneys. Another firm favourite here is the Jhinga Mango Moilee featuring
Pan seared prawns, tempered mango coconut puree and chestnut. If you're looking for a truly traditional Indian dish, you know you can't go wrong with murgh makhani—butter chicken that's slightly spicy and aromatic, but gorgeously mild and creamy.

If you want to delight in modern Indian dining at its best, we suggest you add hatted Urban Tadka to your bucket list!
