Born in Ramallo, Buenos Aires - Argentina , he discovered his passion for gastronomy early at 15, he was already working professionally among pots, flavours and aromas. His path took him to Brazil, where he spent 10 years, living on the beautiful island of Florianopolis, absorbing its vibrant culinary influences and expanding his craft.

Since 2016, he has called Sydney home, where he continues to explore new techniques, blending South American traditions with Australia's rich culinary diversity to create dishes that reflect his story, curiosity and dedication. At the helm of our Kitchen , he transforms experiences into unique flavours, celebrating both his heritage and his contemporary vision of cuisine.
